CGKD combines the skilled use of punches, kicks and blocks teaching you to defend yourself effectively and to immobilise your opponent quickly.

We teach you to fight from the very first lesson
This style is excellent for keeping fit and increases self confidence.
 

Our lessons are £3.50 for adults and £2.50 for children.
